At the first session, we spend a few minutes talking about what they're hoping to get out of the sessions, what they're comfortable with and where they think they need the most help.
After that, we start working within their comfort zones to moving into areas where they need work...all at a pace that adds tobtheor confidence, rather than scaring them.
