About
I have passion for developing athletes to their full potential cause I’ve witnessed and believe you don’t need to be the best athlete you just need the hardest worker because with my unique experiences and training techniques I can make the hardest worker into a tremendous athlete.
I’m a certified Personal trainer for the National Academy of Sports Medicine in the field of Intergrated training with over 25 years experience in fitness training and 8 years experience in core/ balance training, flexibility training, explosive/plyometric training & speed/agility training. I do one on one private training as well as group training my website has video and information on the trademark workout program which will give a visual and more information on my unique experiences as an athlete and dancer.

I enjoy everything about the work I do. It’s so rewarding to watch athletes give themselves to the process and program and start to see and feel the results. The human body is absolutely amazing and when I see athletes start to put together that all the muscles, joints and connective tissue work together in unison and the faster you move the more relaxed you have to be. The body begins to move and flow like poetry in motion.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Hire someone who understands the mechanics of the body and not just the skills of your respected sport. When you understand the body and how it works you then can train the body to do almost anything and produce explosive power, quick lateral movement, agility and balance.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
what are the expectations you have for the teacher and more importantly what are the expectations you have for yourself
