Yana is a kind and patient instructor. She offered many straight forward tips about how to begin oil painting that saved me endless hours of trial and error. She demonstrated her painting live and explained her actions step by step. I would then try a similar set up and Yana would give me tremendous insight into how I could improve my piece while also pointing out my strengths. She helped my confidence and was all that I had hoped for in an instructor. The ability to get one on one help from such an amazing artist was a privilege!

    Frequently asked questions

My formal art training is from the Art Students League of New York.

During my Exhibition in NYC one visitor asked me if I can teach his daughter (13years old) to paint. She has been taking my classes for about a year. After that, I moved to Las Vegas and have been teaching private and group classes for kids and adults.

Teenagers and adults, private and online.

It is never too late to start painting. All you need is love for art and willingness to learn. You will be amazed by what you can do.
