Communication Lessons

As an experienced Communications educator, I would like to provide hourly services for strengthening one’s public speaking skills. I hold both a B.A. and MSc., with honors, in media and communications. I am expanding outside of higher education and I would like to provide knowledge to those who want to strengthen their oral communication skills in the workplace or social environment. I have a proven track record of instructing undergraduate students in communication fundamentals and public speaking. I would like to help those that wish to become better public speakers.

I heavily emphasize visual imagery, popular culture, and humor to elicit participation and involvement in the learning process. My goal is to make you feel more confident and secure in your abilities to effectively communicate.

I also offer vocal and trumpet lessons. I have played the trumpet since I was 12, and have performed in community theater productions.
