AS a former professional soccer player I have seen players at every stage and levels but my coaching journey began at the grassroots level, where I had the opportunity to work with young children who were just starting their soccer journey. These early coaching experiences were vital in shaping my coaching philosophy. I focused on creating a fun and engaging environment where players could fall in love with the game. My primary goals were to instill a strong foundation of basic skills, teamwork, and a love for soccer. I learned the importance of patience and adaptability while coaching at this level, as every player progressed at their own pace.

Coach Theo is incredibly thoughtful about training to our sons particular areas of strength and weakness to help him improve in physical skills as well as mental mindset. He is firm while still being encouraging and warm. Coach brings a great deal of commitment and dedication to his training and clearly thinks about each player uniquely. Ever when we share a private lesson with a friend, he is able to use the players to support one another in their training while still customizing to their specific needs. And he often goes above and beyond with his time. Coaching is clearly a passion and vocation for Coach Theo and we appreciate his mentorship and helping our son work towards being his best player.

I honestly didnt know what to expect, having hired Theo online. But it didnt take long to realize we found an absolute gem! I was blown away by his skill, professionalism and the way he conducts his training. He puts his heart and dedication into each session and truly cares about the childs progress.
