What is Intention? It is a plan or a goal that we put out into the world to work towards. It can be created in the heart, the head or the soul. We can think about doing something for a long time but when we start moving towards it- it becomes our intention.

I teach Private Yoga Lessons at the home of my students and will create a comfortable environment and practice with a compassionate approach to meet the needs of each individual client.
I am a 200hr certified yoga teacher and received my training in Therapuetic Yoga with Soma Yoga Institute on the Big Island of Hawaii. After decades of practice this training provided me the opportunity to work with ALL BODIES and ALL AGES. My Joy is helping you connect back to yourself.
I bring Yoga into the classroom with FLY YOGA ARTS, into the boardroom with corporate services and into any celebration!

Enjoyment is in every part of this practice. I am lucky enought to be able to practice what I preach. I get the benefits of a regular yoga practice through teaching and preparing my lessons. I love learning more about Anatomy and each individuals needs through teaching.
I love witnessing the connection that my students find in their own breath, body and spiritual practice. I have true gratitude for getting to do this work and look forward to many years ahead.
