    Everytime we visit New York City from Wilmington Delaware, Charles Jones gives my son Brady Daniels time in the gym. Charles teaches high level information that Brady uses in games right away. Charles teaches Brady a style that makes him hard to guard 1 on 1 versus kids his age and older.

    Ive known Charles personally now for about 4 years. As a trainer hes second to none. His methods are not just about the what but also about the why. He knows how to assess the level of the trainee and give the best instruction for that level. Lastly his tough love approach instills a level of confidence that extends beyond the court. If youre in the market for a basketball skills trainer, youd be cheating yourself not to call Charles Jones...did I mention hes a former NBA player who once led the nation in scoring when he was in college

    I start with the basics to create a good comfort level with the student. As I notice the students skill level I will adjust my drills and activities as I see fit. 

    I’m a former 2 NCAA Division 1 leading scorer and I was also top 10 nationally in steals & assists. I played basically professionally for 10+ years, 2 NBA & 9 abroad. I’ve been coaching for 10 years and developing players for just as long if not longer. 

    My pricing system is based initial skill level and expectations. People that come frequently usually get a price break because I see the students often, which makes it easier to work with them.
