Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First session is normally an evaluation session to see what areas of their game we need to fine tune. We will also break down film to have a visual of what needs to be corrected.

16 years of playing experience(Mens basketball- College, Semi-Pro), 5+ years coaching youth (9-16)
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$40 per hour
$50 per hour (If I am traveling to client, may vary based on location)
How did you get started teaching?
I started coaching youth basketball as well as helped with various camps during college.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with youth ages 9-16 and have trained several college/pro players.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A recent event I am fond of is watching Isaiah Thomas score 81 points wearing Kobe's in a summer league game. Here is a player who has been out of the league facing injuries and backlash but still prevails and never backs down. Hopefully he gets another shot in the NBA soon.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for someone who will go above and beyond. Someone who is looking to form a connection and genuinely make you better. Also look for someone who knows what they are talking about and has the credentials to back it up.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
They should think through their weaknesses and strengths to properly discuss what you would like to work on.
