Football coach with solid experience in player development and sports management, combining a semi-professional playing background in Spain with a successful college career in the United States. For over six years, I worked as a coach and director of football camps in Spain, leading training programs and youth development initiatives. I am currently part of the technical staff at LaLiga Academy USA, where I coach and manage youth teams, applying high-performance methodologies tailored to different developmental stages.
As a player, I grew up in the academy of Real Racing Club de Santander, reaching semi-professional level in Spain before moving to the United States. At Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU), I captained the team, won several individual awards each season, and led the squad to a conference championship. Later, at Lynn University, I played a key role in winning the NCAA championship, scoring a goal and providing an assist in the final.
My coaching philosophy focuses on the holistic development of players, emphasizing technical and tactical growth alongside values such as discipline, teamwork, and resilience—essential both on and off the pitch.
