What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Pitchers:
Evaluations $40 (1 hour 30min): I want to see how you do your warmup, playing catch, flat ground, and bullpens first. I will be recording everything and look at everything from mechanics, level of intensity, breathing patterns, and so on.
Solution Phase $60 (1hr) Then, we are going to work on any issues with your mechanics, warmup, stretching.
And then we will do running together to finish off.
If a serious athlete age 12~17 is interested in strength training we can do a lifting session 1 hour and 15 minutes for $45.
Position Players:
Fielding, Arm Strength, Hitting mechanical work
Age 6~14
We start off with tee work and record in slow motion to see anything wrong. Then we work on drills to fix the issue. Then we finish it off with batting practice.
Age 15~21
For Older age group we can start off with tee work and see any mechanical issues. If there's any issue we work on the for the duration of the lesson.
If there is no issue or the issue is solved, we can hop into batting practice and for the higher level players I can throw live batting practice.
Fielding and Arm Strength work is extra.
Infielders & Outfielders: Long Toss, Arm Care, Mechanics Work.
Infielders: Drills and 100 ground balls
Outfielders: Drills and 50 fly balls
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I played in the Empire Professional Baseball League for the summer 2022 season. I was also at a Japanese independent baseball team for one year. I trained with many professional players from Americans and Japan, independent and minor leaguers.

$60 for 1 hour depending on level of athlete.

I worked at Torque Athletic Performance with Shingo Mitsumori who played at Fordham University High D1 and Canadian American Professional Baseball Organization.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Teacher should be able to do the things that he is teaching and explain thus process simple as possible
