What i thought would be an intimidating experience actually became a positively challenging and beneficial experience for me. I approached coach Ed on a very late notice and he still managed to squeeze in a session of workout for me. Coach Ed is very well mannered and made sure he communicated efficiently with me. Workouts were relatively challenges for me but coach Ed made sure to constantly encourage me and it pushed me to do better. Even during times where i gave up and refused to continue, coach Ed has managed to boost my spirits and inspires me to push through my workouts. One thing i like about coach Ed is his diversity and his ability to train people of all age and skill levels. He caters his workouts based on your skill level so each individual client feels challenged but also comfortable. After my first couple of sessions with coach Ed i dont think i’ll ever feel as comfortable working with him as i do with other coaches. Another great thing about coach Ed is that he does special sale prices, if you manage to book him at a right time prices for workouts are amazing and very affordable. For newcomers and/or experienced athletes, i encourage you to give coach Ed a try. You won’t regret it.

Coach Ed puts his time and effort to better our game. He provides every aspect of training starting with ball handling, shooting, conditioning, footwork, and finishing. Every drill we go through is an example of an in game situation. He tells us when we could use these moves and how to counter it. Overall great trainer. 10/10

    Frequently asked questions

For new players I work with I have them answer a few questions so I can get an idea of what they’re looking for and so that they can get the best results.

What are your goals with basketball? (Ex: make a certain team, get more playing time)

What are the 3 main areas of your game you want to lock in and focus on? (Ex: finishing, ball screen reads, shooting)

Then I’ll look through game footage or workout footage if possible so I can see where the player is at. If they don’t have footage I’ll put them through a skills evaluation in person and determine from there.

After that, I’ll put together a curriculum for the player and discuss it over with them before training begins.
