What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Put client through basic warm up & form shooting drills to assess skill levels then advance speed, posture & footwork into all drills, raising the standards as we go along.

Played at varsity level in high school and college. Played semi pro. Coached & trained all levels.

How did you get started teaching?
Started training myself & others while playing after college then my brother & after he turned pro got into coaching & training so it’s been about 18 years overall.

From age 5 to 45, all ages & races, both men & women.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Roselle Catholic won its 3rd consecutive state championship with my on the staff in 2023 & all seniors are college bound.

Start a championship routine for successful development of body, mindset & skills outside of training, so there’s tangible improvement on all levels taking place at once.
