I am a certified personal Trainer and Basketball Coach. I specialized in Jump training and building explosion in the horizontal and vertical planes. I specialized in teaching ball handling and footwork. I develop players through fundamentals and intense sessions. I always get the most out of my clients. My training experience is over 10 years. Eating properly is essential in becoming the best athlete, and I incorporate diet regimes with training.
