Melanie is amazing!!! Before starting classes she asked me about my goals so that she could help cater the lessons towards what I wanted to learn. I started my lessons with 0 sewing experience and came out being able to make my own apron from scratch but more importantly, having genuinely learned sewing basics so that I can confidently continue on my sewing journey. Melanie is a natural teacher and an extremely welcoming person. She always made learning fun, made sure I understood what she was teaching me, and that I knew how to troubleshoot my machine so that I could fix any mistakes I made without an issue. Will definitely be going back for more lessons in the future!!

Lisa is a very patient, focused and experienced art teacher. She can teach in any medium and help you create a piece you never thought you could create. She has vast knowledge in art history and techniques and shares nuggets along the way to help guide you through the journey of making art. Don't pass up an opportunity to work with this gem of a teacher.

I’ve had classes with Rob in an art league class setting, a small private in-home group setting, and also private one to one instruction in his studio. My painting skills really took off under his direction. With Rob’s help I began to actually see the subject and the lighting with different eyes. What I especially appreciate about Rob’s style of teaching is his special ability to meet each student where they are. He’s working to help each student to their next step, rather than trying to teach them to replicate his works. I highly recommended Rob as a portrait art instructor.
