The biggest mistake that teachers often make is that they fail to explain to their students, why they are learning the informtion in the first place. I believe that "art" is not a dicipline but rather, a mindset through which we can approach all other activities. What I enjoy most about my work is not only creating the work but also engaging students in the philisophical questions revolving their efforts which keeps them motivated and focused. All language is an oppurtunity for positive reincoforcement, and so every moment of teaching is a also a moment of encouragement, focused on nuturing creativity.
