What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I do hands on, making sure I do a demo and allow them to follow. If they need help they will get all of the help necessary to get the skills that they need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a cosmetologist license by way of New York State, I have extra training classes under my belt by way of creating wig units, ventilation of wigs units, grey coloring, coloring, cutting, braiding, and styling.

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching when people wanted to learn.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with high school students that wanted to learn braiding techniques, I have worked with college students that wanted to learn how to create loc extensions and loc styles, I have worked with other cosmetology students that wanted to learn how to braid, blow dry, cut, color, create loc extensions, create wig units, and styles.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have done make over Tuesday's at Sultry, I have done consistent video and photoshoots, I have done magazine publications, various events as well run my own salon, and salon and spa.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I work with and in all areas of hair. I don't just teach, I help you polish your craft so that it is professional ready for every event of life.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Be as technical as you want, I answer all questions to the best of my ability. I make sure that if I can't answer with words I will answer through action by way of demonstrations.
