What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I would like the student to write down a strength and weakness list and take a placement test in the math subject they struggle with.

I use to tutor my fellow classmates along with middle schoolers. I have also tutored 1st-3rd graders in math.

I have worked with 1st-3rd graders, middle schoolers, and even high schoolers.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
I think that every student should know what type of learner they are and what type of teacher they like. It is very important for a student to like their teacher and I plan to do just that.
