I'm an experienced painter and artist who loves to give the gift of learning to love how to make and create art. I've educated children of all ages as well as adults.
The work I do allows people to learn the way to be creative open-minded as well as try new things and learn through experience. Art is an opportunity to better understand yourself and the world around you.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
In the beginning of it is important to spend time with materials not so focused on what you will make but what you can do with the materials. After learning the techniques and feeling confident with the material more individual expression is able to be encouraged the opportunity for the artist to say or do what they want with the medium is possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master's in art education as well as a bachelor's in Fine Arts I've also been an educator for the past 8 years and art instruction.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Lesson cost will vary based on materials as well as distance location Etc. Average is about $ 30-$40 an hour.
