Private Piano Teacher
About
I have 20 years of experience playing and performing music all over the world. Whether it be from singing at The Royal Albert Hall, to composing music for an award-winning film, to performing in jazz clubs and more. That and I love to teach!
Im my lessons, I like to look at a lot of things:
1. Your practicing routine and how we can make it the most efficient as possible.
2. Not just engaging with the techniques of what makes a "good" pianist, but also engaging with the theoretical side of what is going on harmonically in whatever it is you're playing. This will no doubt help your growth as a performer, but it will also bring about a sense of confidence, ease and fluency to your playing.
3. To think of my students' development at the piano in terms of the big picture. What's your big picture?
and more...
Hope to see you soon!
