I have been working in the Financial Industry in NY and volunteered in Junior Acchievement for over 4 years which sparked my interest in tutoring. I am passionate about mentoring and teaching as I do this in my job on a daily basis.
Prior to working in NY, I lived in Boston where I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor degree in Finance and Economics and managed a language tutoring lab for +3 years. I later obtained an MS from Georgetown in Data Analytics.
During this time I specifically specialized in Spanish tutoring as I am fully proficient. I spent time tutoring my peers in a vast array of topics, mostly focused around creative adn business writing as well as Economics.
Specifically for soccer lessons, I trained since the age of 5 in South America and competed in international tournaments around South America. I played intramurals while I was a college student and now play recreationally.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Before I work with a new student I would like to speak to both the student and the parents to better understand the student needs.
This way we can discuss where the student needs the most support and also discuss best methods to learn certain topics.
I also ask the student to send me hgih level materials / topics they would like to cover prior to our session to ensure the lesson is prepared and fit for purpose.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor degree in Finance and Economics with honors
I managed a Language Tutor Lab for 3+ years teaching Spanish while in college
I graduated with an IB Diploma from Highschool (top 3% of my class)
I volunteer in Junior Achievement and have worked with kids from ages 6-17
