Training kids and and focusing on overall development is most important. Repetition and knowing the importance of why we do any type of drill is crucial. Making yourself comfortable with the skills you're familiar with and then attacking your weaknesses at a slow pace, is how you advance rapidly. Building confidence is key. The game of basketball is 60% mindset & 40% skill.

My experience with Coach Rob went far beyond the basketball court. Coach Mills has not only helped me greatly improve my athletic performance and abilities but has also provided a great example of a role model. I appreciate that he makes me feel appreciated and valued as apart of his program and it’s helped me with some things as well. I like that I am noticing my own improvement on and off the court. Thanks Coach Mills
