I have over 12 years of experience teaching and working as an artist. I received a BFA from tufts university in interdisciplinary fine arts and have a wide range of skills and knowledge to share! I worked professionally as a Properties Master for 6 years for profession touring theatre productions. I'm am formally trained as a mold maker and specialize in rubber and plaster mold making. Other skills include sewing and fiber arts, sculpture, drawing and painting.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to have a preliminary meeting to assess the students interest and skill level. We will work collaboratively to design an educational experience that fits your needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served as the head properties master for a touring ballet company for many years, I’ve also been an artist in residence in Many programs throughout Europe and the US. I’m formally trained as an artist and received my BFA from Tufts And the School of the Museum of Fine Arts. I’ve dedicated my life to mastering the trades running from oil gilingvto moldmaking and even traditional fiber arts.
How did you get started teaching?
Right out of college , the university hired me as their sculpture technician in the studios. I never stopped teaching!
