My name is Edwin Delgado and I have been training for over a decade. I am currently the Director of Exercise Science at a private school as well as a baseball coach and trainer. My specialty is weight training clients of all ages and skill sets. I am a certified weight lifting coach with Division 1 and professional experience. I train young and professional athletes as well as anyone who wants to get better lifting weights.
