What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure that the trainer has years of experience working with all kinds of athletes and at all ages. Make sure that the trainer you select is not just making you do it their way because that's all they know. Make sure the trainer can Taylor The athletes style so that he feels comfortable while enhancing the core movements that must occur to be successful. Last but not least make sure they have some kind of former experience as a player and a coach at higher levels. The old saying goes" I would rather learn from the guy who fought in the war than the guy who read about it!
