The game of basketball is more than just dribbling and shooting. In my opinion it’s one of the most dynamic and complicated sport there is.
Knowing what move to do and when sets you apart from the average. Understanding how to control your speed and be patient makes you a threat at all times. As a fitness professional I’ve spent countless hours on breaking down every aspect of the game and when to apply it. Weather you are a seasoned elite player or a fresh new baller my goal it’s to help you get better and more confident in your game.
I love helping people improve and reaching new heights. There's no better feeling than succeeding at reaching a goal you've set for yourself. Fitness allows for a never ending way to keep succeeding at achieving new goals. Pushing your limits further and further, in turn, becoming a better you.
I know how hard it can be to stay consistent when life isn't being cooperative. The stronger quality/trait of human beings is our ability to adapt. It is survival instinct at its finest. Adapting to any and all situations the right way allows for you to reach success no matter what obstacle is in your path. That ideology is a strong component of my training methodology. We will succeed.

When I first meet a new student, we focus on building a solid foundation based on where the student is currently. That may be working on the comprehension of the game, or working on proper footwork/hand-eye coordination, or just basic skills such as shooting or ball handling.
Every student is different. So, I tailor my approach according to my students and what we both feel will help them become better.
