ZEN MATH
About
I am a certified math teacher with 12 years of classroom experience. I believe that one can do things well only if there is passion involved. I am not just a math expert, I am also a "math artist." I teach the beauty and "ordinary magic" in math. I am very familiar with New York State's math curriculum. I have also been tutoring students for standardized tests for 15 years and am totally familiar with changes in the new SAT. My "Zen Math" approach emphasizes simplicity, which is achieved through deep understanding and insight. It is a very creative and fun way to do math.

An ex-student came to my classroom to report how well she was doing in school. I once told her that I was proud of her.
