As a self taught artist I use natural skills to create quality work. I will share and demonstrate simple techniques that will show instant results bringing out the students unique abilities.
I have been making art since 2002 and create a range of various artworks using different mediums. As an interdisciplinary artist, I am always evolving given me creative depth and stronger awareness of self.
Since 2010 I have been instructing a drawing/painting class for seniors for Yonkers Parks&Rec. I have also been involved with teaching children workshops at local gallieries.
in 2010 I was awarded the BRIO (Bronx regonizes their own) grant award.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My first introduction for students is to draw blocks (squares, cylinder,triangles). This gives me understanding of where student are in their abilities
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught artist who learned by diligent research and practice, meeting artist who guided and encouraged my path.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My general pricing fee is $60 an hour in my studio or $75 travel to student. However I give discount package deals for multiple classes. Payment is given at start of class.
How did you get started teaching?
Being a people person , I wanted to share my experiences and knowledge to others that desired to grow creatively and heal spiritually .
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all levels of artist. Ages 2-100
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
i was teaching an abstract painting workshop at a local gallery in Yonkers that expanded in me making portraits of the children. One child had also created a portrait of me which is always special.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would advise students to know what you are looking to learn and be open.
