Caps Player Development

Chris Capozzi specializes in hitting and catching instruction. He has coached on the High School, Elite Travel, College and Professional levels. Currently serves as a Director for New Balance Baseball. He is a former Regional Director for USA Baseball and National Director for Ripken Baseball. Coach Cap has placed hundreds of players on the college level and several MLB Draft Picks and Signees. Chris currently coaches the 17u Rawlings team for the Diamond Boys. He is passionate about developing players at their pace by demanding hard work, dedication, maximum effort and attitude.
