I work with adult and senior ballet dancers to improve function, technique, and longevity in dance and everyday life. Whether you're passionate about ballet or want to use ballet to improve your daily fitness, I will help you grow.
I'm a Certified Peronal Trainer through the NFPT and former physical therapist assistant. My training programs include addressing: posture, alignment, flexibility, balance, and function.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, I do a complete full-body movement analysis for dancers. We will deep dive into the mechanics of your technique looking at the exact muscle groups requiring attention.
This analysis comes complimentary with any new program.
If you are a non-dancer fitness client, you will be required to fill out a health screening to ensure you are medically able to participate in my fitness programs.

What types of students have you worked with?
I typically work with clients over the age of 18. If inquiring about a younger potential client, a parent must be present during sessions and must be the contact person to initiate appointments.
I also have experience working with adults 50+ years old.
