I help dancers improve their technique to the next level with dance specific exercise training and recovery techniques! 

With my coaching, you will find the personalized experience of deep diving into your dance technique to find where the exact areas of weakness lie. 

After a full-body movement analysis, Veronica will create a dancer strengthening program just for you! 

Veronica also offers flexible courses available through her app that allows you to have dancer strengthening exercises at your fingertips! 

Each training program includes Monday - Friday 9-4 pm messenger support with your trainer to help you modify and stay diligent in your program.

Veronica also offers dance lessons and fitness classes to individuals who are non-dancers.

I do not offer the following services: ballroom, line dancing, modern dance, hip-hop, or acrobatics. 

I love seeing the faces of my clients when they realize they have so much more potential with their dance technique than they realize. 

The words, "I can't believe I just did that," always bring a smile to my face. 

I also love introducing dance for the first time to non-dancers and making them appreciate an art form they had never experienced.

    Veronica is such a great person and trainer. I have tried other trainers and none are as caring and personable as Veronica. I’m not going to lie I was skeptical about her program at first because I had another trainer work with me remotely and it didn’t work out, but all I can say is I’m impressed! She makes a point to reach out to you and see how you doing and ask if anything needs changed. She makes creative and fun workouts that don’t seem repetitive or boring. The app she uses is client friendly and easy to understand. She also has helped my joints stay healthy as we’ve headed into the winter months with my horse riding program. She’s been a great addition to my life and I can’t wait to continue to see my progress!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

First, I do a complete full-body movement analysis for dancers. We will deep dive into the mechanics of your technique looking at the exact muscle groups requiring attention. 

This analysis comes complimentary with any new program. 

If you are a non-dancer fitness client, you will be required to fill out a health screening to ensure you are medically able to participate in my fitness programs.

National Federation of Professional Trainers Certified Personal Trainer 

Ohio Board Licensed Physical Therapist Asst.

What types of students have you worked with?

I typically work with clients over the age of 18. If inquiring about a younger potential client, a parent must be present during sessions and must be the contact person to initiate appointments. 

I also have experience working with adults 50+ years old.
