About
Completely individualized to your level of health and personal desires. I am here for you. I've worked with clients and students to clarify their own goals and cross milestones, small or large. I hope to do the same with you through a variety of different services: as a health coach, a yoga teacher, or a healthy chef. I am certified through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, 200 hour yoga training, and the Natural Gourmet Institute. I also have a Bachelor's in Psychology.
I am passionate about helping you find how to lead a healthier, more fulfilling life and am willing to meet you where you are. You are more powerful than you think, but once you think of how powerful you are, you can do anything. Truly.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I typcially ask their level of experience, any injuries (yoga), and what they hope to achieve by the end of their lessons.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.A. Psychology (2015), 200 hour yoga teacher training(2015), Natural gourmet chef certification (2017), Functional Medicine Health Coach (2017)
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

How did you get started teaching?
During my senior year of college, I completed my yoga teacher training as a personal means of coping with stress and to later help others achieve their own benefits from the practice. I then took a 1 year online course in Functional Medicine Health Coaching, which relied heavily on my bachelor's in psychology. I found passion in helping others set health goals and coached several individuals of different medical histories and backgrounds. I most recently became certified as a natural gourmet chef, training at the Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC, focused on healthy mostly plant-based cooking. I continue to learn and teach, and have find joy in both.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with students of varying ages (teens-older adults). As a yoga teacher, I have taught: mother/daughter/son, husband/wife, beginners, intermediate-advanced students. As a health coach, I have worked with individuals (1:1) or in a group setting as part of a wellness program. Age ranges from late 20s to past 60s. Medical histories of these individuals vary greatly; I have worked alongside and offside a physician.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure the student knows what they are looking for in a teacher, which may involve some research and evaluation of their own health and wellness goals. A first time meeting or phone call often helps to discuss the best options for the student.
