About
We have two locations, over 40 yoga classes a week, plus lectures and workshops. We are interested in all aspects of yoga, not just postures. We have the Great Yoga Wall, a fantastic accessory for yoga therapy. We have teachers that do Iyengar yoga, somatics, Urban Zen, restorative yoga and more. We are professionals. This is not a hobby for us.
I enjoy learning and sharing. I enjoy seeing the very positive results of yoga in people's health, their outlook on life and the way that students gain more poise and composure.

How did you get started teaching?
My teacher asked me to teach, which I ignored the first several times, but finally I was urged enough and then sought training and I have been training ever since.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Get someone with experience. Also, having someone older can be helpful.
