Varsity Assistant Coach – Aiken High School, Cincinnati, OH
As a dedicated coach, focusing on developing players’ skills and basketball IQ through hands-on, game-realistic drills. Creating practice environments that translate directly to on-court performance, emphasizing both individual growth and team execution.
Advanced training tools—including VertiMax for explosive power, shooting machines for repetition and accuracy, ladders for footwork, heavy basketballs for strength, resistance bands for mobility and stability, and oversized basketballs to refine shooting form.
My passion lies in watching young athletes grow—seeing their confidence, love for the game, and performance elevate season after season.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First session is to get a good feel of the student athlete ability to shoot, dribble, athleticism etc...
From this point I stay consistent with drills to build muscle memory which will help the student athlete with his/her confidence in game. Drills will be in progressions in order for the student athlete to see progress over time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked along side the University of Cincinnati Bearcats alumni Cashmere Wright with training for 2 years. My knowledge for basketball is above average. I’ve coached at the varsity level for the past 4 years as one of the top assistant coaches. Helped with player development .
What types of students have you worked with?
From 1st grade to college
