Hello, my name is Aaron Honaker and I specialize in baseball instruction & Personal Training! I love to work out and have played baseball for over 10 years! I currently play and coach a men's league baseball team named the Eastside Vipers in the NEO Roy Hobbs 18+ AA division! Baseball is my passion and I love to teach and spread the knowledge that helped me improve as a ball player.
