I am a former professional Basketball player of 12 years with experience in the NBA, Europe and South America. My focus is to teach life lessons to all athletes and to develop their basketball skills no matter what level they may be at currently. My academy is cultivating the lives of basketball players on every level all over the world. Fundamentals First is placed in Europe, Asia, South America, Africa and of course here in the United States. We at Fundamentals First are developing complete athletes but most importantly developing athletes to be the best person they can be off the basketball court.
I absolutely love seeing players accomplish their goals. I love the looks on the students faces when they do something they once said they could never do. I love the way the development of the player brings their family closer. I love how the things the players learn at Fundamentals First carry over in every aspect of their lives, which creates positive change in the world.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We at Fundamentals First look to celebrate our students strentgths while also building confidence in the areas that need improvement. It's all about the players and what they need to succeed. We at Fundamentals First love input from our students. We want players to know and feel that they have a say and that communication is always needed for the students growth both on and off the basketball court.

Fundamentals First training session pricing is as follows
* $100 per session (1.5 hrs)
* $25 off for every family that brings new clients with them to the Fundamentals First training session.
How did you get started teaching?
I have always had a drive to help others. Even when I was a kid I would always find myself helping people. There is just a great feeling that comes with being a blessing for others. Sports is a great way to connect with people, especially youth and young adults. In the past 10 years I have help send 329 student athletes to college on some form of scholarship and I have also help place over 100 players to a professional basketball contract to start or continue their careers. I absolutely love what I do.
What types of students have you worked with?
We at Fundamentals First Basketball Academy work with players as young as 6yrs old to adult players in college and the pro's. At Fundamentals First, all players are excepted no matter what skill level they are at currently. Our goal is to help all players reach their desired goals.
