About this pro

I intuitively tune into what the clients/student's needs are during each session. I hold space so that they feel safe, comfortable, and open to learn and transform. I don't take my role as a teacher lightly. I am incredibly passionate about what I do, and what I teach, and I believe that resonates with my students. They can FEEL that energy.

I enjoy seeing my clients have major breakthroughs, and witnessing them willingly step into a space with me to commit and better themselves, which in turn betters everyone else around them; just by them doing their own inner healing and transformational work.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Typically I start off a working relationship with a brief Discovery call via Zoom to really root into what my clients goals are.
After gathering that information, and determining whether we both feel called and aligned to move forward, we co-create a plan, and schedule our first session together.

All 1:1 private coaching happens through a private online portal. Once a student/client purchases a package or session with me, they are automatically able to set up their own online account. Inside the online portal, they will schedule their sessions, attend their virtual sessions, be able to message me and update their goals/questions, access any supporting documents and PDFs, and all of our sessions will be recorded and uploaded into the portal for review indefinitely!
It's a pretty comprehensive and supportive set up!

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I book 1:1 packages, with a minimum of 4-6 sessions, rather than just one session at a time, so we can have committed consistency, and create the most transformation and exponential growth for you and your life!

For ASL, After we've created a good foundation for as long as you want to work together, you can also purchase 1 session at a time to keep brushing up on your skills. We take it at your own pace!

How did you get started teaching?

I am a Mom at the beginning and end of each day. It is what I do best. Losing my Mom first, and then becoming a Mom myself has been the driving force behind my goals and sheer passion for better living.

I am on a mission to be the vessel that helps YOU (and humankind) evolve into a life of health and vitality, and empower you to become the best version of yourself, and all you aspire to be!

My passion is:

Education,

Empowerment,

& Embodiment.

What types of students have you worked with?

For life and transformational coaching- I mostly work with women.

For ASL coaching, it's anyone!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

After a recent yoga class I taught, I had a student approach me and she burst into tears. She communicated that the words I spoke during class, and the “space I held,” brought her into an environment where she could lose it on her mat; a safe place to just BE.

She thanked me. I held her and she let the tears flow. She “didn’t want to cry,” and I told her she should let them out.
Tears and E-motion are Energy in Motion.
It needs to MOVE out of the body. Don’t let it get stuck.
Kids know this. They do it. But somehow we forget as adults and stuff it all in.
Her mom was with her.
She started to cry too.

You never know what your students are showing up to class with.
You don’t know what they’re going through.
And I feel truly lucky and blessed that I might be the one person in someone’s day to help them:
Release.
Let go.
Feel FREE.
Feel permission to be unapologetically themselves.
Remember who they are.
Connect with their soul.
HEAL.

I had another woman tell me my classes are her “Church.”

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Make sure you feel safe with them. Trust your intuition. You know right away most times if you're a good match :)
