I enjoy most is seeing players work hard to grow and get better in basketball and how its transperment to what we see and deal with in life.
My first workout with Coach O he made me feel comfortable and really brought the best out of me. Thing I enjoyed the most was him holding me accountable and sending me things to do on my own.
Coach O has a true passion and shows a lot of effort. I can tell he really cares about his players.
With new students I like to take them through an evaluation workout to test and see how their strengths and weaknesses are with their skill set. Then we can come up with a plan of attack with their progress be able to target and hit their goals through the game of basketball and in life.

I've been to Coaches clinics all over the country in the last 4 years I've seen Alan Stein in Portland Oregon. I've seen Drew Halen twice in Missouri. And most recently I went to the USA Coaches clinic held at St. Edwards High School in Cleveland Ohio.
I would find a teacher who is going to push you, challenge you, and hold you accountable.
