Francisco Santiago is a former all state of Ohio division 1 basketball player along with being named 2013 NorthEast Ohio player of the year. Francisco attended St.Ignatius High School of Cleveland Ohio before playing and starting at D1 college Youngstown State University where he was named team captain 2 yrs consecutively. Francisco is now a professional overseas basketball player honing his skills for The Bayamón Vaqueros in the basketball superior national league of Puerto Rico.
