Mrs. Dressig's Art Studio
About
Teaching art is my passion and I love to help students learn to explore, be confident and express themselves through the arts. I have taught art in a public school system for 32 years and recently have been teaching the past six years on my own or in a studio owned by a good friend. I am a Kent State graduate (1984), certified zentangle teacher (2011) and former art educator at Nordonia City schools. (1984-2016). Currently I teach at Trashed Studio in Northfield. I have experience teaching K-6 and 9-12, preschool and adults and working with special needs students. I was department chair, K-12 visual arts coordinator, and involved in many philanthropic causes with Leadership groups. Skills/Interests: include ceramics, mixed media, most all mediums and exploration of the self through the arts.
