About
This is my passion and what I am making a career out of, I want to provide a service in the way I know how. I love the game of basketball and empowering people to believe in themselves. I am a firm believer in that with God and hard work all things are possible. I have played basketball for all my life. I won a State Championship in highschool and had a record of 56-3 my junior and senior year. Currently I am still playing at Asbury University. Each year I have progessively gotten better, bringing me to the point I am at now. I have always been a "student" of the game and studying basketball. I want to enlighten others to what I have learned throughout my years. Being in college has truly shown me what it takes to get to the next level and I want to pass that knowledge on.
My training is bigger than me and it is literally a service. My goal is to be there for those who are trying to elevate there game. The service I am providing is not about me but 100% about the player that is trusting in me to assist them with their basketball skills. I want to give others a winning mentality, motivate them, help them get better.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Firstly, I like to greet the athlete, introduce myself and help them feel comfortable. Then I get to know general things such as goals, passions to help understand them better. Then I start drills to gauge the skill level and what needs to be done next. As time progresses, so will the athletes game and from there drills will become more difficult.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 17 years of playing basketball experience at grade school and college level. I just finished up my third year of sports management. Worked a few camps instructing grades k-12. Over the past few summers I have been helping my friends and family get prepared for their upcoming basketball seasons. In addition to this, I have about 6 hires from Lessons over the past summer.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I usually ask for $40/hr but I understand everyone has different financial capabilities, so I like to be flexible.
How did you get started teaching?
Working camps and recieving more responisibility with time. It also came naturally, as friends asked to workout with me and for direction. I have always had a passion for it.
What types of students have you worked with?
Kids in elementary school, up to teenagers in high school. Also, friends who are college athletes.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Not every teacher is for every student. Find one you can trust, and be yourself with. Along with that, find someone who will push you to what you need and not necessarily what you want.
