About this pro

As a former NFL player, collegiate scholarship athlete at Ohio University, All-American, mentor, unity council member, and captain I know exactly what it takes to perform at the highest levels in sports.

As a coach and trainer, I pride myself on my experiences and the ability to relate with my clients on a personal level. I train the entire person from mindset to athletism. I have experienced everything in sports from little league to the pros.

I have played and excelled in some of the biggest sports stages in the world. I played in the Horseshoe, Beaver stadium, and Gillett Stadium to name a few. I've played and been named an impact player on ESPN numerous times and I was even a player of the EA Sports NCAA videogame where I was an impact player for my team.

Part of my services is giving back to the next generation of athletes through mentorship as well. I can prepare my clients for the things they will encounter along the way.

As a coach, I cant guarantee everybody's success and performance but I can guarantee that my clients leave me better than when they started. I also build authentic relationships with clients to help them navigate the college recruiting process at an additional cost.

Growing up in the DMV(DC.MD, VA) area I played against some of the best competition in the world just coming through AAU and private school sports. I started training when I was in 8th grade and learned how to Olympic lift and my game went to the next level. I graduated from St. John's College HS a 3x Varsity letter winner in Football, Basketball, and Track & Field.

I enjoy being a mentor and assisting others in accomplishing their goals. I enjoy seeing the progress and development in abilities and confidence over time because it's truly rewarding to pull the best out of my clients. To be a guide to help them achieve success is always a great feeling.
