What is your typical process for working with a new student?

The first Meetup is a 30-minute session just to get to know each other and I can know the needs of what the client is looking for simple easy and fun workouts

Personal trainer as well as I own a Youth Organization that allows me to perfect my craft on The Daily

No I do not have a standard pricing system it all depends if I drive to you or you drive to me but yet still affordable without breaking the bank


How did you get started teaching?

I started off training two ladies back in 2013 to help them lose weight. When I seen how good they felt about losing the way it made me feel even better


What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with many age ranges but my specialty are from 5 to 18


Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I was invited by  the 2006 National Champion Jeff Greene from  Ohio State Buckeyes to train at a camp he hosted


What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Make sure they are passionate about what they do. And ask questions if you do not know


What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

How serious are you. Do not waste time if you want it as bad as you want to breathe you will be successful
