About
I am a working artist who has shown work in mulitple venues, galleries, and spaces, since 2008. I also have over 14 years of experience as a classroom teacher, coach, mentor, and intstructor. Working with students who are passionate about art and who want to develop their giftings and hone their craft is what motivates me to inspire artists. There is no greater joy for me than to unlock what is already within each student, to equip them and challenge them to trust their instincts and create without hesitation. I started Polishing Copper Studios in 2008 as a way to create space to been seen and heard, to give artists the platform they need to shape culture and express the human condition and experience.
My work has been featured in spaces in Columbus, Ohio, throughout Colorado, and is a part of multiple private collections across the country. I am a licensed teacher in the State of Ohio with a Master's degree with Honors from Regis University.

My greatest passion is to inspire artists to listen to the voice that is telling them to create, and to give them the space and the tools toward their greatest success and acheivements. Art is about breaking boundaries, and so often those boundaries are within our own minds. My desire is to equip artists to pursue their voice to create. That's why Polishing Copper Studios exists.
