About this pro

As a heart disease survivor, I was given a second chance at life, and so I believe my life's purpose is to help other people to find their second chance - or at least - to live their best life.  I am a certified life coach, pilates, yoga, barre and group fitness instructor and motivational speaker. I work with a customized holistic approach - not a 'one solution for all people'.  I teach my students methods for enhancing their own positivity and mindfulness, resiliency and strength and help them to accomplish any goal.
