I started coaching over 40 years ago. I have coached in Tball and continued coaching thru every level all the way to high school.

During that time I attended several camps held by the Reds to learn more about each position, even though from Little League to High School I played every position. My main position was 3rd base.

I’ve always loved the game of baseball and enjoyed coaching all ages.

I learned a long time ago that it is more important to approach your game with the mental attitude it takes to get you thru slumps that will occur and to be able to face any diversities that can and will occur during competition.

Because of that I balance my coaching with fundamentals, mechanics and mental toughness.
