my business started I was the only one working and I started advertising on the web.i had business cards made I had signs made I told everyone I knew about my business.when I go to a coustmer home I would make sure my truck was clean inside and out I would make sure I was clean shaven and nice clothes on.i wouldn't wear anything with logos on it say you had a Bengals shirt on and they like the browns it would discourage them maybe not hiring you.i would make every coustmer my friend you make a freind they will hire you 9out of 10 times.it took my business 5 yrs to be we're I wanted it small with 3 employees and a accountant for my book keeping I pay myself a thousand a week salary and the rest goes into the company for anything it needs tools, equipment, emergency,etc.theres on thing I've accomplished is I have a a+ rating with the better business bureau and I have enough income to support my family and go on vacation 3 times a year to relax and you don't get burned out on your work.remember if you work hard and do all the right things the right things will happen for you just never give up.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will let them know that they have to put in hours at your job to work as much as you can the first 5 yrs of your business get it the way you want it and then work a 40 week or if you're secessfull enough you don't even haft to work.im going to disaplin them into a contractors robot.listening to what they have to say. letting them know if they do the right thing in life the right things will happen for them.making them feel secure that if they have a question or need to know something they will ask for help and always being there when they need me.teaching is easy as long as you're students are eager to learn and making what you learned into your work and daily lives.
