Individual Soccer Training

David holds a master's degree in kinesiology, with a specialisation in exercise physiology and sport psychology.

His sporting journey began at the highest youth soccer level in Spain and saw him experience many highs and lows throughout a career in which he racked up over 60 appearances in division 1 college soccer despite overcoming 4 surgeries.

"I aim to help our athletes feel confident, motivated, and resilient when facing life and soccer challenges. I want to provide athletes, not only with the soccer knowledge necessary to reach their highest development but also with the mental training resources needed to reach the best version of themselves on and off the field."

I love seeing the player's development, not only from a soccer and physical standpoint but also from a mental standpoint.

During the training sessions, besides training specific tactical and technical abilities, I try to provide them with specific mental skills that they can use to sharpen their focus and calmness when facing competition pressure.
