A flight simulator skill enhancement basketball trainer who uses innovation and uses innovation to artificially simulate the game for players. Using an efficient and effective out of the box approach to basketball training (over 25 years experience) and has been certified with Micah Lancaster micahlancaster.com (I’m Possible Kevin (AIR KEV) Duncan has been training/coaching now for over 25 years and has been certified with Micah Lancaster (I’m Possible Training) now for 10 years. He has trained players throughout Ohio, other states, and other countries like: The Philippines, Egypt, Denmark, Switzerland, Chile, and Israel. He was a skill trainer for the Cavs Academy, worked with former University of Kentucky/ NBA player Derek Anderson and has been a skill trainer for The Luke Kennard of the Memphis Grizzlies summer camp.
This skill enhancement training is for players who want to take their basketball game to the highest level and achieve huge success with a focus on mastering skills, not just learning them, and transforming you into a confident, self-reliant, and complete basketball player

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Kevin will use the same initial assessment for every player regardless of position or perceived strengths or weaknesses. Players are put through a diagnostic process of over 600 items through the I'm Possible Checklist System. Teaching players to make "uncomfortable" the new comfortable! Kevin's job is not to make players better, but to show them how bad they are. Their job is to look for weaknesses at each session while making notes of them and attacking their weaknesses away from Kevin for "Homework"!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
•Kevin is currently a certified I'm Possible skill enhancement trainer and has been training under Micah Lancaster (10 years)
•Former juvenile officer supervisor for 18 years for the state of Ohio before committing to full-time skill enhancement training
•Was certified for over 16 years in CPI and enhanced verbal skills for the state of Ohio through Butler County Juvenile Court

How did you get started teaching?
Inspired by my mentors when growing up through The Boys' and Girls' Club and experiencing/witnessing the life long fingerprint on my life and others. Watching, Studying, and learning under elite trainers such as Jason Otter and Micah Lancaster (micahlancaster.com)
