About
I started in West Chester Pennsylvania in 2005 as Yoga with Milan. Today my daugher and I have joined forces to help people reach their potential in their health and wellness goals naturally. When you feel good, you feel empowered! Limitations are in the mind. This is Life Intentionally
I never knew I would be teaching yoga, but when yoga changed my own life, I knew i had to share. Today I have expanded to include other modalities: Thai Yoga, Shirodhara, Ayurvedic lifestyle counseling, Meditation, Pranayma, Vegetarian and Vegan cooking, and No Waste living that reduces toxins in our life.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I always do a meet-up first. We need to connect as people first, and then work through the goals a client might have. I only work with people I think I can be of service to.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance Certified teacher, I have taught over 15 years at this point, and my own daily practice has lasted over 20 years. I am certified to do Thai Massage, I am a Reiki Master, I have run several Ayruveda/Yoga workshops in this country and others to help people elminate pain from their lives. I use diet, yoga, ayurveda, meditation, shirodhara, thai massage, accupressure, and herbal supplements.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$45/60 minutes/ per person for private yoga classes (including meditation and pranayama)
$80/hr per person for shirodhrara
$80/hr per person for Thai Massage
How did you get started teaching?
Accidentally, after I subbed for a friend and realized that sharing this gift that changed my own life was important.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all age groups...5-90. I work with all different abilities. I work with anyone who wants to live their best life possible with energy and joy.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure you feel good after your yoga session...not spent and tired. You should feel energized yet relaxed at the same time - exhaustion or soreness is a sign you've probably worked your adrenal system a little too hard. That is the opposite of yoga!
