I have been of a student of yoga and Pilates for 15 years and have been an instructor for 2! I have a specialty in pre and post natal clients, my goal is to provide my students with education on how everything in the body works with the breath/mind/ body connection along with making my students very comfortable and welcomed into their personal journeys!
