About
I create custom plans for each individual I work with. My goal is always to give you an experience that leaves you feeling better than before we started, and set you up to eventually have a personal practice you can do on your own, or in a studio without needing me. My goal is for you eventually not to need me anymore and feel empowered and confident to nurish your own personal practice.
I love connecting with people and guiding them toward a reconnection with their mind and body. Yoga has the ability to remind us of everything we are capable of, and shine a light on everything that is holding us back. By linking breath to movement and backing each action with conscious attention and intention, we are able to reset your body mind and spirit for an expansive and transformational experience.

I signed up to be a yoga teacher after my first yoga class. I instantly knew it was something I was meant to do. Yoga is an incredible opportunity for self reflection, expansion and connection. It plugs you back into your life and resets all physical, mental and subtle systems in the body.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with ages 15-55. I have experience with beginners, injuries, professional and college athletes, and everyone inbetween. I teach a lot of 1:1 privates, corporate wellness classes, large scale yoga events and studio classes.

You deserve your full attention and you deserve some time that is dedicated fully to you and helping you feel your best. Our sessions together are an opportunity for uninterupted time for yourself.
